CANCELLATION POLICY
At Maria Skincare in Taunton, Massachusetts, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following appointment cancellation policy.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your skincare appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This balance must be paid prior to booking or attending your next appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without notice or choosing not to attend for any reason. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled skincare services. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect clients scheduled after you. Your esthetician will determine whether there is enough time to proceed with your treatment.
Please note: late arrivals are responsible for the full service price, regardless of the length of treatment received.
